The weather has changed little in the last week except we have gotten a few afternoon showers that we really need. The full moon is upon us so the tides will be a little higher and lower.
Reports:
Inshore - A good mix of all kinds are being caught in the inlet and turning basin on incoming tide with the cooler water. Tarpon are pounding the glass minnows running and gunning early and late with calm water is the ticket. Snook are around the docks early and late, spoils are producing good numbers of snapper.
Offshore - The thermocline has showed up and so have the cobia, the dolphin have been in 100-130ft and the sails are showing. Reef fishing is bringing triggerfish, mutton snapper and large mangroves.
