Halloween Week at the Cottages has been beautiful, the weather has been perfect and the fish are biting. Live finger mullet are still the bait of choice, the surf fishing should be better this weekend as the winds have slowed. Well this week the Lagoon is alive and the fish are hungry, these are some of the ones caught this week all using live finger mullet.. Come on down to the cottages.

Well the fishing has been good this week as we watched the hurricane head north, the snapper were biting good at the channel markers on shrimp and jigs. The trout bite has been good at the end of the falling tide and start of incoming on the flats early.Offshore its stirred up as the storm broke up and now its time for a little rain which we need. Have a great week and get ready for the long weekend new week, time to get new line on those reels...

Weekend of July 4th The fishing has been great and the seas have been flat, Grouper up to 15 lbs in the river, trout are redfish are biting early and late, and the bottom fishing out the inlet has been very busy.
